Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

Please read these terms carefully before engaging with MasterOperandi. By using our website or entering into a partnership with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Use of this website

By accessing masteroperandi.com you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website in any way that causes damage to the site, interferes with other users, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Our services

MasterOperandi provides strategic partnership services including offer development, positioning, pricing strategy, launch planning and systems setup. The specific scope of any engagement is agreed individually between MasterOperandi and the partner prior to commencement of work.

We are selective about the partnerships we enter into. Booking a call does not constitute a commitment to work together on either side.

Partnership model and fees

MasterOperandi operates on a revenue-share basis. No upfront fees are charged. The specific terms of remuneration — including revenue share percentage, payment schedule and duration — are agreed individually for each engagement and documented in a separate partnership agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

Responsibilities of the partner

As a partner, you are responsible for:

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design and structure — is the property of MasterOperandi and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Within a partnership, any intellectual property you bring (your knowledge, brand, content) remains yours. Any systems, frameworks or processes developed by MasterOperandi during the engagement remain the property of MasterOperandi unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of a partnership. This includes but is not limited to strategy, revenue figures, audience data and product details.

Limitation of liability

MasterOperandi will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from any partnership engagement. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees received from that engagement.

We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on many factors including the quality of the expertise, market conditions and the partner's own efforts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a partnership engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
